# BP Sugar Manager Terms of Use

| <p>Last Updated: \[Date]This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User" or "you") and BP Sugar Manager ("Company," "we," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the BP Sugar Manager mobile application ("App"), you agree to these terms.</p><hr><h4>1. Service Description</h4><ul><li>BP Sugar Manager provides tools to record, analyze, and manage blood pressure (BP) and blood glucose (BG) data for personal health monitoring.</li><li>The App may offer both free and paid features (e.g., advanced analytics or cloud backups). Descriptions of paid features are provided in-app.</li></ul><hr><h4>2. Account Registration & Security</h4><ul><li>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.</li><li>Notify us immediately at <support@vpnpixel.com> if you suspect unauthorized account access.</li></ul><hr><h4>3. Privacy & Data Use</h4><ul><li>We collect health data (e.g., BP/BG measurements) only to provide services and improve user experience.</li><li>Data is handled per our Privacy Policy (linked separately). By using the App, you consent to this collection.</li><li>HealthKit Integration (Optional): If enabled, BP Sugar Manager may read/write data to Apple Health. We do not store HealthKit data externally without your permission.</li></ul><hr><h4>4. User Responsibilities</h4><ul><li><p>Prohibited Actions: You agree not to use BP Sugar Manager for:</p><ul><li>Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.</li><li>Infringing others’ intellectual property rights.</li></ul></li><li>Medical Disclaimer: BP Sugar Manager is not a diagnostic tool. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.</li></ul><hr><h4>5. Service Modifications & Termination</h4><ul><li>We may update, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.</li><li>You may stop using the App anytime via device settings.</li><li>We reserve the right to suspend/terminate access for violations of this Agreement.</li></ul><hr><h4>6. Limitation of Liability</h4><ul><li><p>BP Sugar Manager provides health data "as is" for informational purposes only. We are not liable for:</p><ul><li>Health decisions made based on App data.</li><li>Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from App use.</li></ul></li><li>Where permitted by law, our liability is capped at fees paid for the service.</li></ul><hr><h4>7. Intellectual Property</h4><ul><li>BP Sugar Manager (including trademarks, code, and content) is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.</li><li>You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App without permission.</li></ul><hr><h4>8.
